摘    要:用正交试验法对冬虫夏草菌(CordycepssinensisBerksacc)的发酵培养基进行了研究.考察了葡萄糖、乳精、马铃薯、蚕蛹、氨基酸、复合粉、磷酸二氢钾、硫酸锌、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁等因素,用L27(313)表安排正因素、三水平并考虑交互作用的正交试验,对上面各因素的添加量分别做了实验,并对实验结果进行了方差分析,确定了合适的发酵培养基.实验结果表明:冬虫夏草菌的深层发酵最佳培养基应该是:15%去皮马铃薯、2%葡萄糖、0.8%乳精、1%氨基酸复合粉、0.1%磷酸二氢钾、0.1%硫酸锌、0.1%硫酸镁.
