摘    要:通过模拟实验制作电气线路事故中常见铜导线"机械断裂"、"火烧熔断"、"短路熔断"痕迹样品.通过扫描电镜观察痕迹样品微观形貌,科学分析3种断裂痕迹显微组织特征、形成机理,提出鉴别铜导线断裂痕迹方法.

Abstract:The microstructure of trace samples of copper wires are observed by SEM.These samples are machine failure,burned melt downs and short-circuit melt down wires and are made through simulation electrical circuit experiments in electrical accidents.The microstucture characteristics and formation mechanism of copper wire are scientifically analyzed and the study provid a powerful reference in judging the fractured reason of copper wires.
