| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Injektion von Sekretin ruft bei normalen Versuchspersonen Diuresis und Vermehrung der Natrium- und Alkali-Ausscheidung hervor. Diese Wirkungen sind vermindert bei Patienten mit chronischer Pankreaserkrankung. Der mögliche Mechanismus und die praktische Bedeutung dieser Beobachtungen werden diskutiert.
