微型扦插快速繁殖辣椒试管苗的研究

摘    要:用微型扦插的方法快速繁殖辣椒苗 ,通过激素在培养基中的合理配比及加入硝酸银、水解乳蛋白 ,较好地控制腋芽的伸长生长 .且实验中采用的先生根、再伸长的方法也获得了长势较好的辣椒快繁苗 .

Abstract:The method of micro-cuttage was used in rapid propagating test-tube plantlet of pepper. Exogenous hormones were added into culture media rationally with AgNO 3 and Lactalbumin hydrolysate together. This method controled straight growth of axillary bud. In the experiment, the better growth potential was gained by rooting in the culture media first,then moving test-tube plantlet to the culture media for straight growth.
