塑性变形演化对螺纹联接松动的影响研究

摘    要:通过考虑材料的棘轮效应,数值模拟了螺纹联接早期的松动行为,并以此为基础展开了载荷方向、预紧力、侧向载荷幅值、摩擦因数对这一阶段螺纹联接松动的影响规律研究. 研究结果显示,首次循环可以使得螺栓张紧力大幅下降;在后续的循环中,螺纹联接的材料的棘轮效应不可忽视;在所研究的各影响因素中,侧向载荷幅值对本问题的影响最为明显.

Abstract:Considering the ratcheting behavior, the early stage of bolt tension losses was studied numerically, and effects of some factors, load direction, pre-tightenforce, side load amplitude and friction factor, which may affect the progress were analyzed. Simulation results show that the bolt tension declines greatly after the first load circle, and in the following load circles, its further loss is caused by ratcheting behavior of the first thread root. In all factors studied in this paper, load amplitude impacts the progress most significantly.
