| 摘 要： | 英国20世纪前期进入大众化前数十年的高等教育与我国现代高等教育在高等教育的目标、办学形式、高等教育体制、课程设置等方面有诸多不同的发展特征.世纪之交,中国高等教育向大众化进程迈进.中国现有的高等教育基础和社会环境决定了我国应在比较借鉴的基础上走中国特色高等教育大众化道路.
