| 摘 要： | 基于电子设计及实验教学中引入温度扫描仿真分析,简要介绍了Protel99SE软件的特点及利用仿真软件进行温度扫描分析的步骤,并以差分放大电路和负反馈放大电路为应用实例,详细探讨了温度扫描分析在电子电路仿真中的应用.

| Abstract: | Based on the electronic design and experimental teaching to introduce a temperature scan simulation.The characteristics of the software and use Protel99SE simulation software steps in the temperature scanning were briefly described,and differential amplifier and the negative feedback circuit were given as application example,a detailed analysis of the temperature scanning electron circuit simulation application was given. |
