基于STC12C2052的直流电机调速及控制系统的设计与应用

摘    要:介绍了以基于STC12C2052单片机为核心的直流电机调速系统,该系统采用四个按钮调节电机速度,用光电开关测速模块测量电机速度,用74HC595将串行数据转换为并行数据并驱动LCD1602显示电机速度,以及用蜂鸣器进行超速堵转报警,从而实现对电机高速、高精、高效控制.

Abstract:The DC motor speed control system core based on STC12C2052 chip microcomputer was introduced,the system uses four buttons to adjust the motor speed,measured motor speed with a photoelectric switch speed module,with the 74HC595 converted serial data into parallel data and drives the LCD1602 to display motor Speed,and uses buzzer to speeding stall alarm,enabling the motor to have high speed,high precision and efficient control.
