微波种子聚合法合成均分散无皂高分子微球

摘    要:用微波脉冲辐射的方法进行了ST(苯乙烯)和MMA(皿基丙烯酸甲酯)的种子聚合,用动态光散射(LIS)以及透电镜(TEM)等手段对聚合物微球进行了表征,比较两种高分子微求的形成过程,获得了一些关于微球形成的可贵信息,PST微球的形成过程主要是在界面上进行,而PMMA在低浓度下,过程主要是在液相中进行:高深度下过程则主要是在界面上进行。

Abstract:Polymerization of ST\,MMA was conducted by the presence of seeds and microwave irradiation. The property of the particles was characterized by LLS and TEM. Making comparison between these two microspheres formation process, we have obtained some of information about mechanism of the particle formation. The formation process of PSt particle was mainly conducted on the surface of the particle however, for PMMA in the lower concentration, the process was mainly carried out in the solution, in contrary, in the high concentration, mainly on the interface solid liquid.
