相思根瘤菌的抗逆性初步研究

摘    要:对21株相思根瘤菌和2株大豆根瘤菌菌株进行NaCl、(NH4)2SO4、pH值、高温和低温的耐受性实验,其中耐(NH4)2SO4的实验分别进行了相思根瘤菌在含(NH4)2SO4的平板上的耐受性和在浓度为100mol/L、300mol/L、500mol/L、600mol/L的(NH4)2SO4中的结瘤试验。参试菌株均经过回接实验培养和镜检,培养基均为YMA。结果表明,相思根瘤菌均能耐受的盐浓度为0.5%~2.0%,能在37℃和pH值为6~9的条件下生长。在抗生素抗性方面,相思根瘤菌普遍抗氨卞青霉素,而对卡那霉素和链霉素敏感。相思根瘤菌的耐盐、耐高温和耐氨能力强于慢生大豆根瘤菌。

Abstract:Twenty one strains of Rhizobium sp Acacia and two strains of soybean rhizobium were examined for tolerance to the stresses of NaCl,NH + 4,acid,alkali,high temperature and low temperature The results showed that Rhizobum sp Acacia strains can grow under wide range of temperature and pH The Rhizobum sp The tolerances of Acacia strains to NaCl,high temperature and NH + 4 are higher than soybean rhizobium and peanut rhizobium strains
