坚持和发展劳动价值论——对当前政治经济学研究中几个问题的看法

在我国建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中,随着科学技术水平的提高,科学技术等生产要素在物质生产过程中的作用越来越大,“科学技术是第一生产力”、“按劳分配和按生产要素分配相结合”等观点的提出突出了生产要素的巨大作用。在这种情况下,人们产生了“科学技术等生产要素是否也创造价值”的疑惑。另外,人们把第三产业劳动是否创造价值与第三产业是否有其存在的合理性混在一起,从而对坚持和发展马克思劳动价值论产生了一定的不良影响。本文拟通过对这几个问题进行分析,以达到廓清是非的目的:科学技术作为生产要素在生产过程中并不创造价值;第三产业是否创造价值不能一概而论;劳动价值论并没有过时,不能用要素价值论取代它。

Persistence and Development of Labour Value Theory-Perspective on Some Issues of Current Political-economy

With the development of science and technology, the productive essential factors, such as scie-nce and technology, play a more important role in material production in the process of setting up the system of our socialism market economy. Some points like " Science and technology is the first productive force", and "Distribution according to work conjugates distribution according to productive essential facto-rs" , are put forward to protrude the great effect of the productive essential factors. In this situation, there appears the confusion whether the productive essential factors such as science and technology creates value. Furhermore, people mix the question whether the tertiary industry creates value with that whether it exists reasonably, bringing our negative influence on the adherence and development of Marks' Theory of labour value. This paper analyses these issues in order to make them clear. As the productive essential factors, science and technology, does not create value, Whether the tertiary industry creates value is decided by the concrete circumstance. We should not replace the Labour Value Theory with Essential Factor Value, for it is not out of date.
