摘    要:设计了基于碳氮源平衡的底物流加策略,研究其对重组大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)生长与表达目的蛋白融合型乳酸片球菌素的影响.在菌体生长的不同时期流加不同碳源与氮源的质量比(mc/MN)的营养源,实现碳氮源的实时平衡流加,有效地避免了乙酸的积累,获得了高密度的菌体(最大菌体密度可达57.6g/L)和高表达的融...
