脱油沥青气化炉内气化反应数值模拟

摘    要:对以脱油沥青(DOA)为原料的气流床气化炉内多相反应流动进行了数值模拟,考察了氧油质量比、蒸汽加入量和气化压力对气化性能的影响.结果表明:随氧油质量比m(o2)/m(DOA)]增大,气化炉内温度逐渐升高;当m(o2)/m(DOA)=0.93时,有效气含率达到最大值0.837.随蒸汽量增大,气化炉出口气体温度降低,而有...

Abstract:The multiphase reaction flow in entrained flow gasifiers using de-oiled asphalt(DOA) as feedstock was studied by numerical simulation.The influences of m_(O_2)/m_(DOA),m_(H_2O)/m_(DOA) and gasifier pressure on gasifier characteristics were discussed.The results show that with the increasing of m_(O_2)/m_(DOA),the gas temperature increases.The volume fraction of CO and H_2 reaches maximum(0.837),when m_(O_2)/m_(DOA) is(0.93.)
