| 摘 要： | 本文在拼音码的基础上提出了按使用频度对汉字进行分级、排序和编码的拼音、声调、首笔码。这种编码方法使频度高的汉字排在前面而且编码简单，不仅减少了拼音码的重码率，还大大提高了它的平均输入速度。

| Abstract: | Based on the phonetic code,this paper develops a pbonetic,tone and first-stroke code(PSScode)graked,arranged and coded with character frequency of appearance.This method of codingmakes the codes of characters with higher frequency of appearance simpler,and arranges them infront places.The PSS code increases the input speed of the phonetic code greatly and decreasesthe rate of coincident codes. |
