北京市禽蛋流通效率评价模型及应用

摘    要:运用AHP—MAUT方法对影响北京市禽蛋流通效率的主要因素进行了分析,并针对市场上主要存在的4种禽蛋流通模式进行了相对有效性评价。研究表明,影响禽蛋流通效率的主要因素为包装和加工,其次为运输、仓储,再次为销售、配送、生产;在禽蛋流通中,流通模式的效率由高到低依次是包装壳蛋、加工蛋、外地散装蛋和本地散装蛋。最后,为提高北京市的禽蛋流通效率提出了应大力发展包装蛋、积极发展加工蛋、完善禽蛋流通法制体系和加强政府的调控服务功能、加强流通基础设施建设、加快完善禽蛋物流信息体系、推进禽蛋物流技术的现代化等一系列政策建议。图1,表8,参6。

Abstract:Using AHP-MAUT thery, the paper firstly analysed the main factors which affect eggs' circulation efficiency in Beijing, and then evaluated the relative efficiency of the four dominating models in the market. Research shows that the main factors that affect eggs' circulation efficiency in turn are packaging, processing, trausporting, storage, selling, delivering and production. The efficiency of the four models from high to low in turn are packaging shell-eggs, processing eggs, shell-eggs from other places and shell-eggs from Beijing. Finally, it pointed out that we should promote packaging shell-eggs and processing eggs, perfect the law system and strengthen the government's regulation and services, reinfore the infrastructure, information system and mordem technology of eggs' circulation in order to improve its efficiency in Beijing City.
