| 摘 要： | 目前高校学生的个性差异比较大,如何根据不同的教育对象开展思想教育工作,是每一个思想教育工作者必须思考的问题。把握这一问题的关键是:注重大学生的个性差异,注重工作中情感的渗透与影响,注重大学生的"心理敏感区"。
