| 摘 要： | 加强梳理作用常会引起纤维断裂.对刺辊部分的研究目的在于既加强梳理,又减少梳理过程中纤维断裂.本文在纤维断裂机理,即对受梳纤维的作用力和纤维形变分析的基础上,提出用圆针刺辊代替锯齿刺辊,从而使纤维断裂率降低约40%.

| Abstract: | The intensifying of carding action often accompanies the increasing of fiber breakage. So the purpose of studying the action of the taker-in part of the carding machine is to intensify carding and in the same time to abate fiber breakage. In this paper, based on fiber breakage mechanism, i.e. the analyses of the forces acting on he being carded fiber and its deformation, the authors propose to replace saw-tooth taker-in with needle taker-in, thus reodusing the fiber breakage ratio by 40%. |
