摘    要:应用数字图像相关(digital image correlation,DIC)技术测量了拉伸栽荷下复合材料单搭接头中缝线附近区域的应变场分布,从而了解缝线破坏复合材料细观结构所带来的负面影响.同时,应用有限元方法计算了缝线对于粘接界面裂纹尖端的应变能释放率(strain energy release rate,SERR)的影响,从而阐明了缝线对于延缓粘接界面裂纹扩展所起的作用.

Abstract:Digital image correlation (DIC)technique was used to measure the strain distributions in the vicinity of stitch thread in composite single-lap joints under tensile loading, so that the negative effects of stitching due to its breakage to the meso-structure of composite were demonstrated. Finite element (FE) method was used to investigate the effect of stitching on the strain energy release rate (SERR)of the delamination crack tip at the adhesive interface, so that the effect of stitch thread on delaying the extension of the delamination crack was revealed.
