摘    要:风力发电系统输出功率的波动性和随机性会对风电并网产生许多不利影响,在风力发电系统中配备一定容量的储能装置,可以有效地平抑风电功率的波动。提出利用电池储能和超级电容组成的混合储能系统,分别补偿低频和高频分量。针对电池储能系统提出了荷电状态反馈控制策略,在电池储能系统因反馈控制功率受限时,再由超级电容进行二次出力补偿。所提出的控制方法在一定程度上弥补了储能设备单独使用时的不足;并且在补偿过程中考虑电网调度的需求。最后,通过仿真验证了所述方法的有效性。

The Design of the Hybrid Energy Storage System Control Method Based on the State of Charge Prediction Feedback

Abstract:The fluctuation and randomness of the output power of the wind power generation system have many adverse effects on the power grid, equipping a certain energy storage device in the wind power system can smooth power fluctuations effectively. In this paper, a hybrid storage system with battery storage and super capacitor is proposed to mitigate the fluctuation of wind power. The control strategy of the charge state feedback was proposed for the battery storage system to prevent battery storage system from working when the charge of charge reach the limit. The proposed control method compensates the shortage of the storage equipment for its own use.Finally, the validity of the method is verified by simulation.
