流体动压推力轴承性能分析

摘    要:本文全面计算了平面扇形瓦推力轴承的流体动压润滑性能,分析了压力中心、承载能力和功耗等性能参数与瓦倾斜参数和温升参数的关系.由计算结果可知,压力中心曲线存在着单值区、双值区和无值区。对于固定瓦和可倾瓦轴承,都可以选择最佳设计参数,使承载力最大或功耗最小.

Abstract:The hydrodynamic performances of flat,sector-shaped thrust bearings are calculated thoroughly in this paper.Curves of pressure centre load capacity and power loss etc.versus pad tilting parameters and temperature effect para- meter are drawn.It is shown that pressure centre curves are all characterized by single solution,double solution and no solution regions.Optimum design can be achieved for fixed pad,line pivoted or point pivoted pad.
