摘    要:本文对齿轮泵的压力脉动和噪声进行了详细的理论分析,提出了一种降低齿轮泵脉动和噪声的新方法,即减小齿轮泵的内部阻抗,并用实验进行了验证.实验结果表明:在齿轮泵内部加入一个微型滤波器后,在额定压力2.5MP_α下,噪声下降了5—8.8dB(A),脉动减小了31%.

Abstract:The paper describes the experimental research and theoretical analysis of reducing pressure ripple and noise of a gear pump.A new method for reducing its pressure ripple and noise is presented.It is based on reducing the interior impedance of the gear pump and tested experimentally.The experimental results show that when a small muffler is mounted within the pump,the noise can be reduced by 5.0-8.8 dB(A) and the ripple by 31% at 2.5 MPa.
