摘    要:本文提出用钻阶梯形孔法,测量沿板厚非均匀分布时的深层平面残余应力。本文分析了由于钻孔引起的附加应力的影响,并用有限元法计算了有关附加应力的影响的系数。文中由纯弯曲试验,验证了阶梯形孔法及附加应力系数计算的可靠性。认为只要满足垂直于板平面的应力可以不考虑的条件,用这方法测量沿板厚非均匀分布的平面残余应力是可行的。

Abstract:A method of measuring deep layer plane residual stress which nonunifor -mly distributes along the depth,called step holl drilling, is presented. The effect of additional stress caused by holl drilling is analysed. Employing finite element method, the factor of the effect is calculated. The calculation is checked by a pure bending test. It is found, if the vertical stress along depth may be ignored, this method could be practically in the use of measuring stress aforementioned
