| 摘 要： | 本文提出相关设计参数概率分析的变量变换方法,推导了正态设计变量情况下相关设计参数的概率计算公式;特别是对设计参数服从正态分布时,给出了设计参数可行性概率的简便计算公式。最后对W67Y-63t液压板料折弯机空心同步轴进行了静强度概率设计计算。

| Abstract: | The variable transformation method of probability distribution for design
parameters is presneted in this paper. Formulas calculating the probabilty of the
design parameters are derived when design varaibles are whith normal distribu-
tion. In addition, simplified formulas calculating probability of feasibilty are also
given. The calculation for probabilty design with statio strength of a hollow
synchronous shaft in the sheet metal bending machine W67y-63t is performed in
the last part of this paper. |
