摘    要:以变异细叶百日草嫩茎为材料,进行了愈伤组织的诱导、分化、试管苗生根、移栽的研究.结果表明:MS+BA1.0+2,4-D1.2为嫩茎愈伤组织诱导培养和继代培养的理想培养基;MS+Ag(NO3)2 2.0+BA0.4是愈伤组织和不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA0.5是生根培养的理想培养基;以炉灰渣为基质移栽的成活率为94%,扦插的成活率为89%;定植成活的试管苗保持了后期生长很旺盛变异性状,出现了根系增加1倍左右的特点.

Abstract:The study on callus induction, differentiation, rooting and transplantation of tube seedling was taken by using young stem as material. The results indicated that the ideal medium for induction and differentiation of callusare were MS+ BA1 mg/L+2,4-D1.2 mg/L+2,4-D0.6 mg/L and MS+ BA0.5 mg/L+NAA0. 1 mg/L, respectively. The effective medium for rooting was 1/3MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L. The surviving rate of transplantation and cutting was 94% and 89% respectively by using cinder as matrix. The seedling keeps the exuberant growth and the number of roots was doubled.
