| 摘 要： | 苏北地区相对贫困人口多,具有明显的地域特征。据此提出贯彻扶贫到户、养畜主导的基本原则,坚持社会化筹资、基地式扶贫的策略,结合劳务输出、实用技术推广和小城镇建设,形成全方位多层次的协同扶贫战略。

| Abstract: | The population of relatively poverty, with evident regional characteristics, is large in Northern Jiangsu. The fundamental principle of household poverty support should be followed and animal farming breeding be taken as main measures in poverty elimination practice. Socialized fund raising and base based poverty support should be carried out, combined with labor export, operative technology transfer and town construction to form multileveled synergic poverty support strategy. |
