摘    要:10kV及以下系统的保护系统的构成元件可以是电磁感应型、晶体管型、甚至可以是微机型。本文提出也可以用PLC来实现。文章中论述了其实现的思路是:通过PLC编程实现逻辑控制以完成系统的保护功能。而把系统采集量与整定值的比较等功能交给硬件系统来完成。通过实验,设计的装置多项性能指标符合继电保护的要求,有一定的工程意义。

Abstract:The constituted elements of 10kV and its below protection power system is of electromagnet, transistor and microcomputer. In the paper, the author presents What is constituted by PLC. The main considerations are as follows: the relay protection function is realized by PLC programming. The data acquirements and data comparisons are performed by hardware system. Having been run on simulated experiments for many times, the designed device measures up to requirements of the relay function,which is of certain engineering value.
