实施供热分户计量改造的意义和存在的问题

目前我国供热采暖耗能量巨大,建筑大部分为非节能建筑,房屋保温性差,平均耗能要比气候相近发达国家高很多。在实际的供热分户计量改造过程中,还存在着一些困难和问题,影响了供热计量改造工作的进展。为解决这一问题,笔者提出了一些建议。
