| 摘 要： | 公路养护义务的履行方面,经常引发法律纠纷问题。按规定设置养护提示或警示标志,勤勉履行对公路的巡查、维护和管理义务,制订公路小修保养作业、公路养护路政巡查等标准和规范、完善相应的文书记录,是防范法律纠纷的有效措施。

| Abstract: | The implementation of road maintenance obligation often leads to legal disputes.Setting conservation tips or warning signs according to the requirement,diligently implementing the highway inspections,maintenance and management obligations,developing highway repair and maintenance operations,highway maintenance inspections and other standards and norms,and improving the corresponding instrument records,are all effective measures to prevent legal disputes. |
