桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工及检测

圪塔河中桥是榆次龙白—祁县城赵高速公路在榆次北田镇巩村东约500 m处跨越圪塔河而设。此桥采用3~20 m装配式预应力砼连续箱梁,桥梁中心桩号为K24+748,右前夹角为90°,全桥1连;下部结构采用柱式台、柱式墩,基础采用钻孔灌注桩基础。设计桩长按小桩号到大桩号顺序为:43～47～50～43 m,其直径Φ1 500 mm,为摩擦端承桩,桩基施工完毕后,对其24根桩进行了声波透射法无破损检测,桩的完整率达到100%。
