摘    要:目的:探讨米非司酮对人胎儿心肌组织超微结构的影响。方法:将中孕期引产的病例分为米非司酮组与对照组,每组各5例,胎龄为18~21孕期。米非司酮组在引产前6h服用150mg米非司酮,然后行水囊引产术,对照组则只行水囊引产术。胎儿娩出后,取心肌组织进行样品制备以共透射电镜观察。结果:与对照组相比,在米非司酮引产的胎心肌组织可见下列形态改变:(1)心肌细胞水肿,线粒体明显肿胀;(2)胞质内糖原颗粒缺如;(

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the influence of mifepristone on ultrastructure of human fetal myocardial tissue. Methods: 10 pregnant women (gestational duration ranged from 19 to 21 weeks) with indication for pregnancy termination were recuited and randomly divided into 2 groups. Mifepristone group ( n =5), 150 mg mifepristone per os was given six hours before labor was induced, control group ( n =5), labor induction was performed by extra-amniotic insertion of waterbag. Immediately after delivery of fetus, myocardial tissue was acquired and prepared for transmission electron microscopic examination. Results: In comparison with the control groups, the myocardial tissue of mifepristone group displayed the following morphological changes: 1. Muscle cells were edematous,mitochondria were markedly swollen. 2. Glycogen particles were completely depleted in cytoplasm. 3.In some muscle cells, myofilaments were flocky in appearance and showed no cross striations. 4.In interstitium, extravasal red cells, thrombocytes and cell debris were often seen. Conclusion: Mifepristone caused an hypoxic damage in fetal myocardial tissue. Therefore, using mifepristone in labor induction for full term pregnancy might leave a myocardial insufficiency for the new born infants.
