| Abstract: | This article explains that filing departments must fully understand the main point and basic requirements and consciously guide the filing work with the scientific development view from the following three respects: how to understand the status and function of filing in universities and how to give full play to it for the central task of universities; how to fully fulfill the duty to create conditions for the development of filing cause. |
