摘    要:采用添加酿造废渣和高pH(约11.3)驯化细菌的措施,提高了细菌降低灰水pH的效能.驯化后细菌约50%在高pH(11~10)下降低pH速率明显优于原菌群.经初步鉴定,这些优势细菌主要是微球菌属和葡萄球菌属

Abstract:This paper discusses the means to make bacteria contained in ash water reduce pH value of the water more efficiently. The experiment results show that enriching the ash water with brew waste residue and taming the bacteria in alkaline enviroment (at about pH=11.3)are useful. In reducing pH Value about 50% of the separated strains tamed are superior to the bacteria untamed and almost all of the superior strains are under Micrococcus and Staphylococcus.
