摘    要:以正硅酸四乙酯为前驱物,采用溶胶凝胶法制备超细SiO2粉体。通过控制pH值和温度等因素,分析其对成胶时间、成胶状态及SiO2粉体品质的影响。通过激光粒度分析仪等对最终产物进行分析与表征。

Abstract:Ultrafine silica powders are prepared by sol-gel method which used tetraethyl orthosilicate as precursor. The optimization process of preparing ultrafine silica powders has been found out by controlling the ratio of raw materials, temperature, catalyst and other factors, and by analyzing the effect of gelling status, the gelling time and the particles size of products. The heat-treated final powders were characterized by particle-size analyzer.
