液态模锻SiCp/ZL201复合材料力学性能研究

摘    要:采用半固态搅拌工艺和液态模锻方法制备了SiCp/ZL201复合材料。用光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和力学性能试验研究了复合材料的显微组织、力学性能和断口形貌特征。结果表明:复合材料中SiC颗粒分布较均匀,复合材料的硬度随着SiC含量增大而升高,强度具有极大值;液态模锻比压增大,复合材料的致密度增大,塑性增大,收缩率减小。

Abstract:Compound materials SiCp/ZL201 is prepared by half solid state stir technology and liquid die forging ,whose mechanical performance and section form are searched for with optics microscope, SEM, mechanical performance test and section analysis. Result shows that the sic grain of the compound material well -distributed The more the sic content, the greater the hardness. The tensile strength has the maximum value . The greater the ratio pressure of liquid die forging, the smaller the deneity of the compound material. The better the plasticity ,the smaller the contract rate of the sample.
