离子交换树脂对甲原蜜脱色的研究

采用阴离子交换树脂对澄清的甲原蜜脱色作了系统研究，并在实施室条件下，进行甲原蜜的煮糖试验。结果表明，２９０＾＃大孔强碱性树脂脱色效果良好，经脱色后的甲原蜜煮制的白砂糖色值、混浊度以及其它指标均达到或超过国家规定的一级白砂糖质量标准。

Studies on the Decolorization of A Green Syrup with Ion Exchange Resin

Using anion exchange resins for the decorolization of A green syrup clarifiedwas systematically studied,and the boiling of A green syrup was carried out under the condition of laboratory. The results showed that the decorolizing effect of 290# macroreticularstrongly basic resin was good, and the color, cloudy and other indexes of white granulatedsugar boiled with A green syrup decolorized reached or was superior to the national standardof first grade white granulated sugar. In addition, the preliminary study on the decolorizingmechanism of the resin was made. The distribution of molecular weight of colorants in Agreen syrup was determined with the dextran gel chromatography.
