摘    要:对金属橡胶非线性减振系统的混沌特性进行了研究,建立了系统的力学模型,对减振器进行了静、动态试验,识别了减振器的各参数,通过求解系统响应随激励参数变化的分岔图,确定了系统产生混沌时激励力和频率的取值,采用Runge-Kutta法求解并绘制了系统的位移时间历程图、相图、Poincaré映射图和频谱图,计算了Lyapunov指数最大值,并在Adams软件环境下进行了仿真试验验证,证明了金属橡胶非线性减振系统具有混沌振动特性.

Abstract:The chaotic characteristic of nonlinear metal rubber vibration isolation system was studied in this paper. The mechanical model of the system was derived. The static and dynamic tests of the metal rubber isolator were done, and the parameters of the isolator were identified. According to the bifurcation diagrams which changed with the parameters of the excitation, the force and frequency which could make the system be in the chaotic state were got. The displacement time history curve, phase diagram, Poincaré map and frequency spectrogram were structured with the numerical result of Runge-Kutta method, and the maximal Lyapunov exponent was calculated. The chaotic characteristic of the system was simulated and validated by the ADAMS software. Results show that the nonlinear metal rubber vibration isolation system possesses the chaotic characteristics.
