| 摘 要： | 厦门物流的发展具有区域地理优势,城市综合经济实力等有利因素,但也存在着人才瓶颈, 土地投资成本上升,物流标准化管理体制分割等不利因素。促进厦门物流发展必须做到:发展创新机制; 规范房地产市场秩序,保护投资环境;深化流通体制改革;加强物流标准化工作。

| Abstract: | Logistics in Xiamen enjoys the advantageous regional geography and comprehensive urban economic strength, but inefficient talented professionals, high land cost and poor division of logistic management mechanism set it back. To speed up the supply flow to meet the need of Xiamen's economic growth, logistic mechanism should be updated, real estate market business in line with standard practice, investment environment protected and circulating system reformed and standardized. |
