对南京市健身中心健身操教练员现状的调查分析

本文采用问卷调查，访谈和文献资料等研究方法，对南京市健身中心健身操教练的文化程度，专业水平，授课情况和工资待遇等问题进行了分析，结果表明：缺少男性教练员，教练员水平偏低，健身操内容相对单一。本文据此提出了相应的对策。

Analysis on Present State of Coaches in Nanjing Body Building Exercises Centers

s: By means of questionnaires, interview and literature, the author of the essay has made an analysis on educational background, professional level, teaching, and income of coaches in Nanjing body building exercises centers. The findings have shown that there is a lack of male coaches, professional level of coaches needs to be improved, and exercises are relatively invariable. According to the above problems, the author has put forward some countermeasures.
