| 摘 要： | 城市是旅游的载体，城市的大环境是现代旅游的支撑点。乌鲁木齐是新疆旅游的辐射中心和重要集散地，但是由于历史和地域的原因，乌鲁木齐市旅游发展中存在着许多亟待解决的问题。本从系统论的角度出发，分别阐述城市旅游发展动力系统中的吸引系统、支持系统、中介系统的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Urban is a vehicle of tourism,the environment of the urban is the strong point of modern tourism. Urumqi is the radiation center of Xinjiang tourism and distributing centre. Because of the history and location,there are a great many problems of the development of Urumqi urban tourism. From the point of sytem theory,this paper discusses several countemeasures respectively in the dynamic system of urban tourism development in Urumqi,including attraction subsystem,media subsytem and support subsystem, and if is believed that all these can improve the main forces of tourism development in Urumqi. |
