| 摘 要： | 全党开展保持共产党员先进性教育,是我党在新时期加强党的执政能力建设的重大决策。是坚持用“三个代表”重要思想武装广大党员,充分发挥共产党员先锋模范带头作用,全面建设小康社会的伟大举措。保持共产党员先进性,要正确理解其科学涵义及其实现途径,抓好党员教育、队伍管理、党的制度建设等问题。

| Abstract: | The whole Party have developed activities to keep the CPC member advanced in the new period.It's an important decision to insist to arm all Members by the thought of "The Three Representatives" to develop the advancing effect, to develop a society of of well-to-do-life completely. Keeping the CPC member advanced to understand it's scientific meaning and path . We must solve this problem, for example the education to members ;managemamt to members and system of party ect, to educate the CPC member and to manage the system of the party. |
