长冲程抽油机性能评价

摘    要:从传动-换向系统的转速变化、重量和尺寸、运动机构可靠性、制造和维修费用、运动动力性能等五个方面,对我国油田使用的主要类型抽油机进行了对比和分析,指出游梁式抽油机是中、低冲程(<6m).中、高冲次(>4次/min)抽油机的主力机型;链条式抽油机是发展长冲程、低冲次抽油机的较好机型;滚筒式抽油机具有发展长冲程,中、高冲次抽油机的优势.该评价方法可供抽油机选型和设计工作者参考.

Abstract:The performances of long stroke pumping units used in oilfields are analyzed, including velocity transform at main mechanism, weight and outline size, reliability of transmission mechanism, manufacture and repair expenses, performance at kinematics and dynamics. The result shows that the beam-pumping unit is a main model of pumping units with a low or medium stroke (<6 m) and medium or high strokes per minute (>4 times). The chain pumping unit is a good model of long stroke and low strokes units, and the cylinder-pumping unit has some advantages. The conclusion and method are useful for choosing and designing pumping units.
