| 摘 要： | 用YRp7质粒作载体,AH_(22)作受体株,将YRp7质粒和人参DNA限制片段构成的重组体转入AH_(22)中,并由大量培养的AH_(22)细胞中回收到YR_(p7)质粒和人参DNA限制片段,表明人参DNA限制片段可转入酵母菌中。

| Abstract: | A hybrid plasmid carrying ginseng DNA segments was introduced into the recipient yeast cell (AH_(22)). The plasmid was a hybrid composed of the yeast replication plasmid YRp7 and a segment of Ginseng DNA.The plasmid YRp7 and DNA-restricted segment from Gineeng were recovered from a large number of AH_(22) cell incubations. The results showed that DNArestricted segments could be transformed into yeast cells. |
