东北地区招商引资恶性竞争危害的博弈分析

党的十六大“支持东北地区等老工业基地加快调整和改造,支持资源开采型城市发展接续产业”等政策的提出,掀起了振兴东北老工业基地的浪潮,东北各地都希望抓住这个历史机遇来发展本地经济,但在具体操作上却出现很大问题,各地招商引资恶性竞争现象严重,资源配置效率低下。本文通过构建博弈模型,对这种现象的危害原因进行分析,并提出有效的对策建议。

Game analysis on the consequence of merchants vicious competition among northeast region of China

As the policy of speeding up old industrial bases,such as the Northeast to accelerate adjusting and transforming,supporting the cities whose main functions of resources exploiting to develop were proposed at the 16th CPC Congress.Each region of northeast of China hopes to make good use of the historical opportunity to develop their local economy.But there are vicious competition in the process of merchants among various regions of northeast of China,and the efficiency of resource disposition is too low.This paper analyzes the consequence and the reason of this kind of phenomenon through gambling model and puts forward effective corresponding proposals.
