高碳低合金钢丝拉拔杯锥断口的成因

摘    要:对高碳低合金钢丝拉拔杯锥断口形成的原因进行了实验分析,结果表明,高碳低合金钢丝拉拔杯锥断口的根本原因是钢丝芯部组织缺陷和钢丝拉拔过程中芯部与外层的不均匀变形共同作用的结果。通过提高盘条钢质的纯度和均匀度,改善拉拔工艺,降低拉拔摩擦系数,可以显著减少杯锥断口的发生。

Abstract:The mechanism of cup-cone fracture formation during high carbide low alloy steel wire drawing has been investigated. It is found out that cup-cone fracture comes from structural defects on wire cone area and inhomogeneous deformation between wire cone area and surface area. The frequency of cup-cone fracture can be significantly reduced by improving steel purity and uniformity,enhancing drawing capability,and reducing drawing friction coefficient.
