| Abstract: | In this article we have analysed some abuses about the traclitional rear-service work in our universities and colleges and put forward the ideas that we should draw.lessons from the developed countries'experience of their rear-service work and make our rear-service work combined with our socialist market economy.By doing so we can realize the socialization of our rear-service work step by step. |
