N-(4-对氟苯基-4-芳胺基)-丁基-N′-二苯甲基哌嗪及其衍生物的合成

摘    要:本文合成了N-对氟苯甲酰丙基-N′-二苯甲基哌嗪,并用它和芳香胺进行还原胺化反应,制备了一组标题化合物及其盐酸盐,目的是为了修饰心血管药物N-对氟苯甲酰丙基-N′-二苯甲基哌嗪的结构。这些化合物均为未见报导的新化合物,其结构得到了IR,~1H-NMR及MS等光谱证实。同时发现,在还原胺化反应中,亲核试剂芳胺的取代基对反应速度有明显的影响。

Abstract:Five compounds containing arylamino group were prepared by nucleophilic addition reaction of N-p-fluorobenzoylpropyl-N'-diphenylmethyl piperazine and substituted aromatic amines. Among them, two were made into hydrochloride. The structure of these compounds were proved by 1H-NMR and MS spectra. Meanwhile, we found that the nucleophilic addition reaction is related to the substituting group of aromatic amine.
