| Abstract: | In this paper, a new and efficient tree-enumeration method (the cutting method) is presented to generate network functions in all symbolic forms for a general linear network. This method, based on the idea of graph partitioning, has all the main advantages of the existing topological methods for generating all-symbolic network functions. It does not involve in any cancellation term problem, and is very simple in the sign evaluation. Furthermore,it provides an efficient method for the analysis of the large-scale network. |
