摘    要:采用改进工艺制备了Alq3/SiO2复合凝胶材料,研究了其荧光光谱性质,结果表明二聚物和多聚物是导致Alq3发光谱线红移的主要原因。

Abstract:Alq 3 doped silica gels were prepared in improved technics by sol-gel process. From the emission spectra of Alq 3 in different conditions, it showed that the dye molecules were isolated and adsorbed in the tiny pores of the inorganic network steadily in silica gels. Most of them existed in the form of monomer, so the spectra were similar to that of a single molecule. Owing to the shield of silica network, the stability of organic dyes increased. It was the existence of dimmer that makes the spectra shift red.
