| 摘 要： | 集成是工程项目管理的发展趋势,和谐是工程项目管理的最佳状态,界面是通往和谐之路的管理要塞.文章介绍了组织界面管理理论的相关概念,分析了大型工程项目中代建方所面临的主要组织界面障碍及成因,提出了相应的组织界面管理措施,即管理模式优选创新化,组织结构设计扁平化,工作任务及管理职能分工清晰化,工作流程集成化和工程信息管理网络化.
