| Abstract: | In Situ PCR is a new molecular technique that combines In Situ Hybridization(ISH)with the Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR).It has a very high degree of sensitivity and specificity and can localize precisely.In Situ PCR has very important potential in research and diagnostics. This paper describes the principles and applications and main points and pitfalls of In Situ PCR. It is expected to be useful for applications of in Situ PCR. |
